Welcome to SlonAxis! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SlonAxis salon and beauty business management platform, website, and services (collectively, the “Services”). The Services are provided by SlonAxis (“SlonAxis,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account, accessing, or using SlonAxis, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company, business, or other legal entity (such as a salon, spa, or clinic), you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

SlonAxis is a comprehensive business management SaaS platform designed for salons, spas, and wellness businesses. The platform provides tools for appointment scheduling, point of sale (POS) billing, inventory management, employee tracking, customer relationship management (CRM), and multi-branch operations.

3. Account Registration & Security

To use certain features of the Services, you must register for an account.

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep this information updated.
• You are solely responsible for safeguarding the password and credentials used to access your account.
• You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• SlonAxis cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.

4. Subscriptions, Fees, and Payment

4.1 Billing

SlonAxis operates on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (e.g., monthly, annually) (“Billing Cycle”).

4.2 Payment Processing

We use Zoho Payments to process transactions. By subscribing, you authorize us and our third-party payment processors to charge your provided payment method for the subscription fees. All payments are subject to the terms and conditions of the payment processor.

4.3 Taxes

Unless otherwise stated, all fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (such as GST). You are responsible for the payment of all taxes associated with your use of the Services.

4.4 Changes in Fees

SlonAxis reserves the right to modify the subscription fees at any time. Any price changes will take effect at the end of the current Billing Cycle. We will provide reasonable prior notice of any change in fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your subscription before the change becomes effective.

5. Use of the Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:

• Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Modify, adapt, or hack the Services, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Services without express written permission from SlonAxis.
• Upload, transmit, or distribute viruses, malware, or any other destructive code.

6. Your Data and Privacy

6.1 Ownership

You retain all rights and ownership to the data, customer information, inventory records, and content you upload to the Services (“Your Data”).

6.2 License to SlonAxis

By uploading Your Data, you grant SlonAxis a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, store, and process Your Data solely for the purpose of providing, maintaining, and improving the Services.

6.3 Data Privacy

Our privacy practices concerning the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data are outlined in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary consents and rights to collect and process your customers’ personal data using SlonAxis, in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

7. Intellectual Property

The SlonAxis platform, including its software, designs, text, graphics, and AI-powered tools, is the exclusive property of SlonAxis and is protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you a right to use the SlonAxis name, trademarks, logos, or other brand features without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall SlonAxis, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the Services.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services or follow the instructions in our Cancellation Policy.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, Delhi, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
