Payment Information: We use Zoho Payments as our payment processor. While we collect transaction details, sensitive payment data (like full credit card numbers) is securely processed by Zoho Payments and is not stored on our servers.

1.2 Information Collected on Behalf of Our Users (Your Customers)

As a B2B platform, SlonAxis allows you to collect data about your clients (e.g., appointment history, contact details, preferences). SlonAxis acts as a Data Processor for this information, while you act as the Data Controller. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to collect and share your customers’ data with us.

1.3 Automatically Collected Information

Usage Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, time and date of visits, and other diagnostic data.
Cookies: We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on our Services and hold certain information for functional and analytical purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data for various purposes:

To provide, operate, and maintain the Services.
To process your transactions and manage your subscription.
To improve our platform, including our AI-powered marketing and analytics tools.
