Who we are
SlonAxis is an independent software business based in New Delhi, India. It is operated as a sole proprietorship by Rahul Sharma, who is also the Grievance Officer named in our Privacy Policy.
We build and operate one product: the SlonAxis salon management platform. We are not an agency, a reseller or a consultancy. We do not manage Meta assets on behalf of other businesses, and we do not run other companies’ marketing for them.
What we do
SlonAxis is business management software for salons, spas, barbershops and beauty clinics. A salon signs up, adds its branches, services, staff and customers, and then runs its day-to-day operations in one place:
- Appointments — booking, rescheduling, cancellation and a shared calendar across branches.
- Billing and POS — GST-compliant invoices, carts, discounts and payment collection.
- Inventory — stock levels, consumption per service and reorder tracking.
- Staff — attendance, shifts, commissions and payroll inputs.
- Customers — visit history, preferences, and the messages sent to them.

How we use WhatsApp
A salon can connect its own WhatsApp Business Account to SlonAxis through Meta’s Embedded Signup. Once connected, SlonAxis sends that salon’s own customers the transactional messages the salon has switched on:
- a welcome message when a customer record is created,
- a booking confirmation when an appointment is made,
- a reminder ahead of the appointment,
- a notice when an appointment is rescheduled or cancelled,
- a payment receipt when a bill is paid.
Each message uses a WhatsApp message template that the salon itself submitted to Meta for approval from inside SlonAxis. We also read WhatsApp delivery statuses — sent, delivered, read, failed — so the salon can see whether a message actually reached the customer, and so we stop messaging numbers that are not on WhatsApp or that have blocked the salon.
Every salon’s data is separated from every other salon’s. A salon’s customer phone numbers and message history are used only for that salon’s own messages. We do not sell this data and we do not share it with other salons. This is described in full in our Privacy Policy.
